This is freaky cool, there is something about it that makes me want to see more of these. I think its the contrast between the photo and the drawn image. And the kind of abruptness the work presents due to the soft drawing style with the loud, unapologetic photo interrupting it. This is probably emphasised through the fact that you are looking directly back at us. It doesn’t feel overly contrived which I like. A kinda peeky boo scenario. Love it.
